In the cool of the evening we travelled though the park. As we passed through the tiger area the tigers were swimming in the river...what a wonderful sight to see these magnificent animals. We can only imagine what Bali was like when these animal roamed free in the forests and jungles. Sumatra is definently on my list of places to visit

Sanur Sunset

On our last day for this visit we walked along Sanur beach to our favourite beach resto called "Kesuma Cafe" to dine on fresh fish bbq'd and squid cooked in finely shredded sweet Bali onions with Bali spice
Had a great sunset and equally great dinner finished off with fresh mango.

Since my last blog.......The DiMarias have arrived...Randall and Sharron have left and we purchased a bicycle for the villa. Kirsten, Bianca, John and Made drove into Denpasar to look for bikes. We went to an amazing bike shop with many to choose from. Kirsten was interested in an old fashioned ladies bike complete with shopping basket in front. After not too much negotiation we arrived at a price that pleased everybody concerned. Made tested "the mono capabilities" (pictured) of the bikes. Dined at "Little India" ..had way too much to eat....had great night...great company.I will hand over to Bianca. Hi everyone this is Bianca here, This is my 3rd day here in Bali and Iam already enjoying it except for the heat, it is very humid and hot!! Yesterday my mum, Kirsten, my dad and I all went to Galleria for shopping at Matahari. had lots of fun and bought lots of stuff then we went home and had a swim just in time for Indian!

Adding an image to my blog of Villa Bianca. Yesterday we went shopping to Bali Galleria. Purchased a hanging light fitting for our bathroom. The girls wanted to to go to Ripcurl surf shop. Still practising with this blog. Hope the picture turns out alright. Nicole, John, Bianca and Evan will be about to leave Alice Springs at this time...they arrive tonight at 9pm to start their long awaited holiday. We will be busy today getting the bedrooms ready for the DiMarias

Not a lot happening today....the young ones have gone to the beach and watersports area. Sharon and John did a little organising in the villa. The DiMaria's, Nicole, John, Bianca and Evan arrive on Monday night. Randall and his friend Sharron have gone up to Kintamani (Extinct volcano) and to Ubud area sightseeing. Very hot today and no sign of the build up for the usual evening shower of rain. Bec and Jo fly back to Oz tonight so dont where we are eating....maybe takeaway from Massimo (Italian).
